A New Chapter for Lafayette
Lafayette Little League is proud to launch a Softball Division—bringing competitive, skill-building play for girls right here in our community. Grounded in our core values—community, sportsmanship, teamwork, and excellence—softball now has a true home in Lafayette.
Who’s eligible
Players who live in or attend school in Lafayette Little League boundaries (includes Orinda and Moraga).
Divisions planned: Coach Pitch (LL ages 6–8), Minors (8–10), Majors (10–12). Final placements are based on league age and assessments.
LLL Softball will build from a rec foundation and offer ballplayers who are more serious about the sport

Player Registration Opens: 10/8
Player Evaluations (Minors/Majors): 1/31 - 2/1
Teams Formed / Families Notified: 2/12
Practices Begin: 3/2
Regular Season: March - June
Jamboree: 3/28 - 3/29
Registration - Begins 10/8

Volunteer—from coaching to helping on game day, there’s a role for everyone. Our league is run by parent volunteers, from Coaches to Team parents, Scorekeepers, Field crew, and Division coordinators.
