Volunteer Overview
How much time should I expect to give?
Each Lafayette Little League family is expected to complete 4 volunteer hours or pay a $400 buyout fee.
If you haven’t volunteered during Jamboree (note: Saturday’s rainout does not count), Evaluation weekends, or the Sixty Seasons of Lafayette celebration,
you likely still have volunteer hours to fulfill.
Please note: Working Snack Shack shifts during the regular season only fulfills your team obligation, not the family requirement.
We’ll share a SignUpGenius link for families to select volunteer slots once District 4 finalizes the game schedule.
We ask volunteers to prioritize earlier games to ensure coverage across the season.
Before your shift ends, please help with cleanup — and encourage families to bring reusable water bottles to reduce plastic waste.
We always welcome extra help! Bring your family to the fields — it’s a great way to enjoy exciting baseball games,
meet other Lamorinda families, and see how Little League baseball comes together behind the scenes.
